I will demonstrate some elements of the
recipes and put 2 or 3 cooks to work on each
recipe. Usually we will have 2 appetizers to
get the taste buds tingling, a first course,
the main course and we finish with dessert.
The, at first, reluctant guests are now so
into the cooking, friendly competing against
each other for the best appetizer, bragging
that theirs is the best.
At the end of the evening, around 10.30
p.m., everybody has thoroughly enjoyed
themselves and leave Angelica’s Kitchen as a
very satisfied chef.
