Every teamwork aspect is included: participants are all assigned a particular role, and have to work together to do things in the correct order and get the right
results. Where things don’t go as planned, some improvisation will be needed and the results are enjoyed by the group as a whole.
The program

The program starts with an explanation of the dishes that will
be prepared and their preparation methods

Participants are divided into groups and are each assigned a
role

The cooking process starts and when the appetizers are
ready, these are served by the group that made them in
combination with a glass of wine

As some dishes are prepared in the oven, some planning will
be needed to get the various components ready in time to be
enjoyed during the final collective lunch or dinner

During dinner, each group will serve the dish(es) they
prepared and the cleaning up is tackled collectively.
Our menus
A menu will be composed, depending on your choice of cuisine. This can vary from the local cuisine to Mexican, Cuban, Caribbean, Indian, French, Italian, Dutch and
more. We also offer seasonal menus (Christmas or Thanksgiving etc.).
The cooking sessions
The morning sessions are from 09:30 to 13:30 hours, including lunch. The evening sessions are from 18:00 to 22:00 hours, including dinner.
Number of participants: 10 to 35.
Price: ANG 105,- per person.
